Taking up An Activity Together Will Help

Bookmark and Share

f you have been in a long-term relationship and find the excitement fading away and wondering how to strengthen your relationship, one of the best things that you and your partner can do is make some time and take up a new activity together. It could be a sport, a physical. There are many reasons why sharing a fresh experience together will bring the spark back into your relationship.
1. An Opportunity to Share
Perhaps you are a corporate executive and your partner is a fashion designer. You both have tough careers and your lives just don't intersect anywhere. Over time, you may have also run out of interesting things to tell and share with each other. This is a recipe for boredom and a failing relationship. When you take up something new together, you are sharing the same experience and learning process with each other. Apart from the fact that you are sharing quality time with each other and will have a lot to talk about, this will develop a new kind of bond, which you have probably never had with your partner.
2. Forging a Fresh Bond
If you are looking to strengthen Your Relationship, learn from the fact that there is a reason why coworkers and classmates are constantly falling for each other. Apart from the fact that they interact with each other a lot, they end up supporting each other, relying on each other and developing a very close understanding of each other's pressures, responsibilities, qualities and potential. This personal knowledge ignites intimacy and gradually develops into a bond. Now imagine if you could do all this with your partner anew, while you are also enriching your life with a fresh experience and having some fun. There could really be no better advice to bring the spark back into your relationship.
3. Supporting and Appreciating Each Other
You are on a sport together, and you see that your partner is exhausted. Who is the only person at that time there to support her? You lighten her load, and the next time you break, she fills you a glass of water. In spite of your exhaustion, you manage to share something funny, and she shows you something you completely missed. These are all little things, but you are suddenly there for each other and have a wonderful opportunity to appreciate and admire each other's personalities, qualities and skills. You may even discover something you never knew about your partner, such as their inner strength, their powers of observation or the way they like to de-stress. Your intimacy, sharing and discoveries will strengthen your relationship like nothing else can, and they can also be a huge turn on for both of you.
4. Improved Health
Finally, with this physical activity, you will both end up improving your health and energy levels. This will have a positive impact on your overall mood and your sexual activity. Both of these will only take your relationship in one direction! Really, any way you look at it, an initiative taken together is the most powerful way to strengthen your relationship.

Passion is The Key!!

Bookmark and Share

as your relationship begun to lose its "sizzle"? Do you feel like it is not what it used to be? Do you want more excitement in your relationship? Do you want to have a more vibrant and loving experience? There is a key that will help you unlock the door to the kind of relationship you dream of.
It is a fact of life that after a while many relationships start on a downward spiral and end up being dull and lifeless. Instead of enjoying each other and living exciting and fulfilling lives, the two parties involved, at the end of the day, just end up sharing the same house. There is no intimacy or enjoyment. Both have become complacent with each other and have come to believe that this is all their relationship can be.
Nothing can be further from the truth!
You can have the kind of relationship you dream of. Things do not have to remain the same. You can do little things every day to make your relationship great.
The Magic Key:
So what is the key to making this magic happen? In one word "Passion"!
Passion is the key that unlocks the door. Loving another person is not enough. Liking that person is not enough. Even when two people love each other with all their hearts, their relationship can still become stale and stagnant and end up going down the hill.
But passion adds fuel to the fires of love. It will keep your love burning bright with mystery and excitement. Even during tough times passion will help to sustain a relationship.
It keeps both partners in a constant state of desire for each other, wanting to be with each other, wanting to please each other, wanting to be wherever the other person is.
The infusion of passion can save a broken relationship and revive a dying one.
Here are some ways to put some passion back into your relationship.
Number One: Start paying closer attention to your mate. Learn what they like and dislike. Learn what their needs are and meet those needs. When your mate realizes that you care about what interests them, and that what is important to them is important to you, their whole attitude towards you will change.
Number Two: Learn to "listen deeply" when your mate is talking. This is an art and will take some practice, especially if you are not accustomed to doing it.
Learn to focus on what your partner is saying. Stop whatever you're doing and look them in the eyes when they are talking to let them know that they have your full attention. Try to hear what they are really saying. Listen with your heart, not just with your ears. Wait until they are finished speaking before you comment. Don't interrupt. Don't criticize or judge. Be compassionate and understanding in your comments. When you listen deeply to another person while looking into their eyes, it will help to create passion in your relationship on levels you can't imagine.
Doing just one of these two things on a consistent basis will help to create more passion in your relationship and speed you on your way to creating the kind of incredible relationship you desire.

Things That Will Delight Your Man!

Bookmark and Share

here are many things that you can do to delight your man but what can you say that will make his day? What are some of the things that a man always loves to hear?
1. You are a great role model! We all want to have an influence beyond our immediate lives and a man always loves to hear his positive effect on others. He subconsciously wants to leave some sort of legacy so find a way or ways that your man is having a positive influence on others. What is he doing that is influencing his children or other people in his particular sphere of influence? Find things he is doing to help or influence others and applaud him specifically and honestly. Whatever he is doing he is interacting with other people so just open your eyes to see how what he is doing is positive and good. And then let him know that you have noticed and you think that it's great and so is he.
2. I love you and find you immensely attractive! You love him and so you must find ways to let him know. Find specific things about his character, his looks and who he is that you love and verbalize it to him periodically. A man loves to hear the fact that you find him attractive in specific and truthful ways. What is it that you love about him: his sense of humor or his integrity or his easy going nature or his infectious smile or his moral fortitude or his intelligence etc? Make a mental note of all the things that you love about him and be on the alert to the great things about him that you discover daily. And then let him know that you love the different things. Be creative and let the love words and traits drip from you to him a little each day. You want to be authentic but do not overdo it otherwise it will lose its power so it has to flow naturally and appropriately without pretense.
Say these 2 things often and at the appropriate times and your man will feel loved and appreciated and your relationship will grow in ways that you could never have imagined. Love is not just a feeling but deeds and words so love your man with your words.

Work on Your Commitment

Bookmark and Share

You see the woman of your dreams. You court her. You win her. Your relationship seems the best thing that has ever happened to you. Unfortunately, you experience a bump in the road that turns into several bumps in the road where arguments cause you both pain and suffering.
Little things get blown out of proportion. Your relationship is going nowhere. You wonder and think hard what to do. You ask family and close friends furtively and generally how to work a relationship out. They seek to help you with their kind words of advice but you realize that they counsel you what you already figured out: to be humble and to work out your differences by being truthful with each other. You are asked if you are committed to the relationship, if you truly want it to work. Without hesitation, you answer positively and in earnest.
If you believe in relationship commitment and if your partner believes in this commitment as well, you can start from there. Build on this mutual belief by agreeing on some basic considerations, some of these are given below:
Relationship Commitment Means Practising Honesty. You need to be truthful in your words and actions. Opening up and letting your loved one know you better lets your relationship grow. Deeper understanding of each other allows you both to have a better bond or link beyond the time you started on your journey as one.
Relationship Commitment Means Believing, Trusting. You have to believe that what is shared is true. You have to trust that your partner will be with you for long. Let there be no walls between you. Keep your communication lines open both ways. It is in believing and trusting each other when you reach a level of security where you are both free to be individual people yet one, just the same.
Relationship Commitment Means Sharing. Beyond words, share your lives, your experiences. You have much to experience together. Find time to bond more, to get to know each other better. There is much joy in learning.
Relationship Commitment Means Giving Tender, Loving Care(TLC). Your TLC means more than physical or material items. There is much to learn from the love that children give unconditionally to their parents. Find ways to enhance your relationship. This may be in the form of words of love, a simple caresses, a smile, a peck in the cheek or other seemingly small acts of affection that mean so much more.
Relationship Commitment Means Going the Extra Mile. Keep the romance alive, give and take as often as you can. Your love story does not end with 'I do's.' It goes on and you both contribute to the chapters every day of your lives together. Go the extra mile, find reasons and ways to make your relationship an enjoyable and a truly fulfilling one.
Take on the responsibilities of commitment. Your relationship's future depends on your willingness to grow with each other, on your continuous dedication to make your relationship work.
